This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work at TradingPlaylist.com.
1. Free Trial Period
- All new subscriptions come with a 14-day free trial.
- You will not be charged during this trial period.
- If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be billed.
- If you do not cancel, billing will begin automatically at the end of the 14-day trial.
2. Monthly Billing
- TradingPlaylist Pro+ membership is billed on a monthly recurring basis at $7/month.
- Billing is automatic via the payment method you provide during sign-up.
3. Cancellation Policy
- You may cancel your membership at any time.
- To cancel, log into your account and follow the cancellation steps in your dashboard.
- Once canceled, you will retain access until the end of your current billing period.
- No future charges will occur after cancellation.
4. Refund Policy
- We do not offer refunds once a monthly billing cycle has started.
- It is your responsibility to cancel before your renewal date if you do not wish to be charged.
- No partial refunds are given for unused time within a billing period.
5. Exceptions
- We reserve the right to make exceptions (e.g., duplicate charges or technical errors) at our sole discretion.
