1. Free Trial Period

  • All new subscriptions come with a 14-day free trial.
  • You will not be charged during this trial period.
  • If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be billed.
  • If you do not cancel, billing will begin automatically at the end of the 14-day trial.

2. Monthly Billing

  • TradingPlaylist Pro+ membership is billed on a monthly recurring basis at $7/month.
  • Billing is automatic via the payment method you provide during sign-up.

3. Cancellation Policy

  • You may cancel your membership at any time.
  • To cancel, log into your account and follow the cancellation steps in your dashboard.
  • Once canceled, you will retain access until the end of your current billing period.
  • No future charges will occur after cancellation.

4. Refund Policy

  • We do not offer refunds once a monthly billing cycle has started.
  • It is your responsibility to cancel before your renewal date if you do not wish to be charged.
  • No partial refunds are given for unused time within a billing period.

5. Exceptions

  • We reserve the right to make exceptions (e.g., duplicate charges or technical errors) at our sole discretion.
